The Neuroscience portfolio is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain. The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit is a global leader and trusted partner for innovative ENT solutions. Over the past 20 years, we have become the global market leader in image-guided surgery, intraoperative nerve monitoring, and powered surgical instruments. We continue to launch valuable solutions in these areas as well as tissue health and balloon sinus dilation.
This is a field-based District Sales Manager role within the ENT Operating Unit. While the position is remote in terms of a physical office, the successful candidate will reside within the assigned territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. This role manages the achievement of unit and revenue goals for assigned therapy products, assisting the district and region in achieving overall sales and marketing objectives.
You will partner with the ENT community to understand customer and patient needs, delivering solutions that improve lives while embodying a culture of accountability and trust. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, training and developing sales personnel, and coordinating efforts with sales reps and managers of other product lines to maximize teamwork results. You will represent Medtronic management to customers, developing ethical, long-term relationships and providing feedback of marketing intelligence to leadership.
