About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of Aspen Windows in the residential market. This field-based position is designed for a consultative seller who thrives on building trust and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their properties. You will drive growth by visiting homeowners to assess their unique needs and presenting custom window and door solutions that combine style with energy efficiency.
Your day will involve managing the full sales cycle, from initial lead follow-up and in-home consultations to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing. Success in this role requires more than just sales skills; it demands attention to detail and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with installation and operations teams to ensure project accuracy from start to finish. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline through referrals and strategic follow-ups.
