Based in our Los Angeles, CA facility, the Director of On-Premise will support the West Business Unit, covering CA, NV, AZ, MO, CO, KS, MN, ID, ND, IA, and greater surrounding areas. This is a critical leadership position for a transformational sales leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and in-store execution.
As the primary architect of regional execution, you will translate enterprise and VP-led strategy into bold, disciplined action across channels such as Vending, Business & Industries, and Education. In addition to leading sales, you will oversee a large equipment organization supporting both On-Premise and Retail customers, ensuring disciplined investment, strong returns, and high equipment performance. You will report to the Vice President of On-Premise, playing a pivotal role in developing talent, strengthening executional standards, and expanding KDP's presence across a highly visible and competitive landscape.
