About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween, you will be an essential part of the Store Management Team during our seasonal operations. This role is designed to support the creation of an immersive shopping experience for guests while ensuring the store runs smoothly from setup to teardown.
Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including generating sales, managing point-of-sale operations, and maintaining high standards of guest service. You will play a key role in the visual presentation of the store through merchandising, pricing, and sign waving, as well as ensuring the store remains clean and organized through general housekeeping and loss prevention efforts.
Physical Requirements
This position is physically active. Success in this role requires the ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. The job also involves standing and walking for approximately 8 hours per shift.
