About the Role
The Sales Associate at Spencer's is dedicated to maintaining exceptional Guest Services in line with Company Standards. This role serves as a vital support pillar for the Store Management Team, driving sales while ensuring the store environment remains inviting and organized.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting housekeeping, managing merchandising and signage, handling pricing, operating POS systems, and executing loss prevention strategies. Success in this position requires adherence to all Company policies and procedures while delivering a positive experience for every guest.
Physical Requirements
This position involves active engagement throughout the shift. The role requires the ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours, climb ladders, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
