The Delaney Agency is seeking disciplined, coachable individuals to serve as Life Insurance Sales Representatives in a fully remote capacity. This opportunity is designed for those motivated to help families who have already reached out for assistance with life insurance-backed products. Rather than chasing prospects, agents connect with warm, inbound leads through our data-driven systems and proven lead generation strategies, allowing you to focus entirely on service.
Typically, agents help 3–5 families per week, earning an average of $300–$500 per family served. This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings, offering performance-based bonuses, incentives, and the potential for annual all-expense-paid trips for top producers.
We are looking for individuals who are honest, confident in their communication, and passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions. The ideal candidate is willing to grow into leadership roles over time and is comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment. While the role is primarily online, occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
