About the Role
We are seeking disciplined, honest, and passionate individuals to serve as remote life insurance sales representatives. This role exists to help clients who have proactively reached out for assistance with life insurance-backed products. You will partner with families to review their options, guide them through the application process, and ensure they secure coverage.
This is a fully remote position designed for coachable individuals comfortable with a 100% commission-based income model. There is no cap on your earnings; agents typically assist 3–5 families per week, averaging $300–$500 per family. We utilize data-driven systems and cutting-edge lead generation to connect you quickly with warm leads who have already contacted us, eliminating the need for cold calling.
While the work is primarily online, requiring a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection, occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences. If you are not currently licensed, we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to guide you through the licensing process.
