About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and efficient shopping experience. This role is vital to maintaining the store's profitability and atmosphere, requiring you to balance customer service with operational excellence.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from greeting customers and assisting them in locating merchandise to managing the flow of inventory. You will be responsible for receiving shipments, building merchandise displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and properly faced. Beyond the sales floor, you will help maintain a clean and safe environment by handling trash, dusting, mopping, and cleaning restrooms. Additionally, you will operate cash registers and scanners to process transactions accurately, contributing to the seamless operation of our neighborhood stores.
