Sales Associate

About the Role

The Sales Associate at Spencer's is dedicated to maintaining exceptional Guest Services in line with Company Standards. This role serves as a vital support to the Store Management Team, driving sales while ensuring the store environment is pristine and engaging. The position involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities including merchandising, signing, pricing, and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, all while adhering to strict company policies and procedures for loss prevention.

Physical Requirements

This position requires active engagement throughout the shift. Associates must be prepared to stand or walk for up to 8 hours, climb ladders to access inventory, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Hiring Process & Eligibility

Applicants must meet a minimum age requirement of 17 years. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $10.75 to $11.00 per hour, determined by individual qualifications and experience.
