Sales Associate

About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Spencer's, you will be the face of Guest Services, ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience. You will support the Store Management Team by driving sales and maintaining the store environment through housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing. Your day-to-day responsibilities include operating the POS system and assisting with loss prevention efforts, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys an active work environment. The position requires standing and walking for up to 8 hours, as well as the physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age.
