The Sales Associate is the face of the dealership, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the dealership's new and used vehicle sales goals. This role is about more than just selling cars; it is about engaging with customers on the showroom floor, identifying their unique needs, and guiding them through the entire sales process with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
