About the Role

This isn't just about selling RVs; it's about building genuine connections, understanding our customers' travel goals, and guiding them to a unit that truly matches their wants, needs, and lifestyle. As an RV Sales Outfitter, you will create a welcoming and engaging customer experience by building authentic connections. Your day will involve actively listening to uncover customer needs, preferences, and goals, then matching them with the right RVs and complementary products to ensure satisfaction and support long-term sales growth.

You will greet every customer with warmth and professionalism, building trust through personalized service. From vehicle selection to accessories and add-ons, you will help customers understand the full scope of their RV journey, removing obstacles and providing support throughout the entire buying process. If you thrive on building relationships, enjoy problem-solving, and the idea of being part of creating someone's memorable experiences, you will help our customers hit the road feeling excited.
