About the Role
The Sales Associate is the face of Guest Services, responsible for maintaining company standards while supporting the Store Management Team. This role is vital for driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience through active merchandising, housekeeping, and loss prevention efforts.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting POS operations, signing and pricing merchandise, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. The position requires a high level of physical activity, including standing or walking for 8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders.
