About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is vital to maximizing store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. You will be the face of the store, greeting customers, assisting them in locating and purchasing merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
Your day will be dynamic, blending customer interaction with operational excellence. You will operate the cash register, handle transactions, and assist with bagging, while also keeping the store vibrant by unpacking, stocking, and rotating merchandise on shelves. From building eye-catching displays to maintaining a clean and safe environment, your efforts ensure that every shopper finds exactly what they need in a welcoming atmosphere.
