About the Role
The Sales and Service Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our technical experts. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by the company while strictly adhering to our store standards. You will greet customers professionally, listen to their concerns, and inspect vehicles to accurately identify service needs. Your day will involve recommending appropriate services, providing accurate quotes, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Additionally, you will conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and track returns and warranty parts.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Arizona driver's license and be able to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire. ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days. While prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for individuals with a professional appearance and the ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.

Requirements
