About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee and lead the activities of our entire Sales Department, encompassing both National and Retail teams. This role is pivotal in increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities while simultaneously expanding our brand presence. You will serve as the bridge between executive leadership and the sales floor, ensuring that our strategies are executed with precision and our team is empowered to succeed.
In this position, you will not only manage quotas and territories but also cultivate a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, develop strategic partnerships, and drive the evolution of our sales and marketing efforts. From analyzing market trends to presenting business opportunities to the C-suite, your leadership will directly shape the future growth of the organization.

Requirements
