About The Role
This is a 100% commission-based field agent position designed for self-motivated individuals who appreciate a cutting-edge company and desire to work for themselves. You will not be cold calling or doing door-to-door sales. Instead, you will reach out to warm leads generated by our proprietary system—people who have requested our services and are looking for solutions to protect their families.
Your day will involve meeting potential clients via webinars and telephone to discuss their insurance needs. We offer extensive training on telesales and webinar-based selling, supported by a dedicated mentor team. The role is flexible, allowing for full-time or part-time schedules, and is fully remote. We are looking for team players and leaders who are ready to help families achieve work-life balance while securing their future. Additionally, we are seeking select individuals to lead teams and mentor new agents as they join our growing organization.
