About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work from home as a self-motivated Field Underwriter or Agency Builder. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position eliminates cold calling and door-to-door prospecting. Instead, you will reach out to warm leads generated through our cutting-edge direct mail and webinar programs. These are individuals who have requested our services and are actively seeking solutions for Mortgage Protection, Life Insurance, Final Expense, and Retirement Protection.

You will partner with our in-house lead system to contact clients via phone or webinars, helping them secure their financial legacy and protect their families. Whether you aim to earn a six-figure income as a field agent or develop your own agency where the sky is the limit, we provide the training, mentorship, and support system to help you succeed. This role is designed for those seeking a true work-life balance and the ability to work for themselves without the burden of prospecting.
