Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnter, update, and maintain accurate opportunity, contact, and project data in CRM systems
- check_circleManage the department bid calendar and track all bid deadlines and due dates
- check_circlePrepare and assemble bid packets ensuring all required documents are complete
- check_circleSubmit bids via online portals, email, or physical delivery as required
- check_circleCoordinate with estimators and sales staff to confirm bid requirements and submission methods
- check_circleProvide general administrative support including correspondence, document formatting, and filing
- check_circleAssist with internal coordination between sales, estimating, operations, and accounting teams
Requirements
