As an Inside Sales Specialist at Quill, you will play a critical role in binding our business together by supporting new and existing customers. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and deliver results makes a direct impact on our bottom line.
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Managers to win profitable business, driving both transactional and solution-based sales. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on our specialized product offerings and positioning Quill as their go-to resource for everything from technology to large-volume quotes. Your day will involve managing multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads, while maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline. The goal is to increase share of wallet and average order value while delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical capability and cultural fit. While specific steps may vary, the process typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and motivation, followed by a deeper dive into sales scenarios and problem-solving approaches.
