As a Sales Account Manager, you will serve as the "CEO" of your territory, responsible for building the Cleveland market and helping businesses from every industry discover quality products with speed and service. Your day-to-day involves identifying growth opportunities, meeting with existing customers on-site to build relationships, and prospecting for new business. While Mondays are dedicated to planning and scheduling, your Tuesday through Friday will be spent on-site visiting customers to create effective solutions using Uline's 43,000 high-quality products.
Candidates are expected to complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, as Uline is a drug-free workplace. Successful applicants will undergo a structured development path, beginning with four weeks of Uline-specific sales training, followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development.
