About the Role

As a District Sales Manager for the Baltimore Metro Area, you will serve as a trusted business consultant to retailers across your territory. This high-impact, field-based role is designed to drive sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen retailer profitability. You will work closely with dealership leadership to optimize operations, elevate the customer experience, and champion Subaru's core values.

In this position, you will represent a brand known for love, adventure, and purpose while growing your own career within a collaborative, mission-driven culture. You will partner with District Parts/Service Managers and dealership teams to ensure excellence in vehicle retail sales, certified pre-owned sales, and internet operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of the brand through direct engagement with our retail partners.
