About the Role

As a District Sales Manager at Subaru of America, you will serve as a trusted business consultant to retailers across your territory, which includes the Missoula, MT area and Alaska. In this high-impact, field-based role, you will work closely with dealership leadership to optimize operations, elevate the customer experience, and champion Subaru's core values. Your mission is to drive sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen retailer profitability while representing a brand known for love, adventure, and purpose.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a collaborative, mission-driven culture. You will partner with district parts and service managers to conduct joint retailer contacts, ensuring a unified approach to supporting our dealers. The role requires a significant amount of travel (up to 70%) and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment that includes evening and weekend work.
