We are seeking a Sales Account Executive for our Duluth, Minnesota office to bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Duluth and the surrounding areas. This role is designed for someone who understands the connection between marketing and sales and genuinely gets excited with every sale, big or small.
As a member of our team, you will serve as the bridge between our company and the local community. Your day will involve meeting and exceeding sales targets, targeting businesses in your assigned area, and visiting both established Lamar clients and competitors' clients. You will identify potential growth areas, open new accounts, and utilize our tools to locate prospects and prepare proposals. Beyond the numbers, you will actively participate in sales meetings, regional seminars, and trade shows to develop your presentation skills and product knowledge.

We provide a comprehensive 4-week training program and opportunities to participate in our corporate-hosted Lamar Sales School.
