About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to join our Texas Division in the San Antonio/New Braunfels area. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing site-specific safety programs that ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will work directly with project management and site supervisors to integrate safety requirements into every phase of project planning and execution. Your day-to-day will involve conducting regular inspections and audits to identify hazards, investigating incidents to determine root causes, and delivering training on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Work Environment

This position is based at professional construction sites, requiring frequent travel to various locations. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, and may be exposed to chemicals, dust, loud noises, and moving machinery. The role demands physical stamina to navigate uneven surfaces, climb stairs or ladders, and handle tools or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
