About the Role

This isn't just about selling RVs; it's about building genuine connections, understanding customers' travel goals, and guiding them to a unit that truly matches their wants, needs, and lifestyle. As an RV Sales Outfitter, you will create a welcoming and engaging customer experience by building authentic connections. Your day will involve actively listening to uncover customer needs, preferences, and goals, then matching them with the right RVs and complementary products to ensure satisfaction and support long-term sales growth.

You will help customers understand the full scope of their RV journey—from vehicle selection to accessories and add-ons—removing obstacles and providing support throughout the entire buying process.
