This position is designed to drive revenue expansion by cultivating deep relationships with national and regional developers, builders, architects, and general contractors. The core mission is to secure product specifications for large-scale multifamily construction projects and convert those opportunities into tangible market share.
Acting as the national subject matter expert for the multifamily sector, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution. You will partner closely with Regional Territory Sales Managers and sales leadership to ensure seamless conversion of specifications into revenue. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex project pipelines, providing critical market intelligence to executive leadership, and representing Allura at key industry events to build visibility among decision-makers in the construction ecosystem.
