We are seeking Respiratory Therapists ranging from new graduates to level 4 specialists to join our team. Positions are available across Adult, Pediatrics, Flight, and Diagnostic specialties, with locations varying from the main hospital to other sites. Experience levels will determine specific qualifications and placement.
The Respiratory Therapist 2 serves as an advanced practitioner dedicated to providing safe and effective respiratory care for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. In this role, you will learn and perform assignments during a transitional duty period while adhering to discipline training, Clinical Practice Guidelines, and hospital standards. You will act as a vital resource and educator for patients, caregivers, hospital staff, and students. Additionally, if applicable, you will function as a shift team leader in the absence of a supervisor.
This position operates in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to frequent changes. The role involves strong interpersonal interactions and demands physical capabilities such as lifting 20-50 lbs, prolonged standing, and frequent bending. Depending on the work assignment, you may be required to rotate shifts, work weekends and holidays, and take on-call duties.

Current related credentials from the NBRC or National Asthma Educator Certification Board (NAECB). Current ACLS and/or PALS. Two (2) years of work experience as a Respiratory Therapist. Previous affiliation or work experience in a similar practice setting. Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from a Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) accredited program.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from a CoARC accredited program preferred.
