The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer is a hands-on technical role dedicated to supporting the Air Combat Command (ACC) A589 mission. You will provide development, advisory, and integration services for AI and RPA solutions within classified environments. This position is designed to drive user-driven innovation, ensuring that automation solutions are not just built, but are adopted and used daily by Airmen.
In this role, you will move beyond theoretical design to active deployment. You will write bots, test them with actual users, and refine them based on operational feedback. The work is measured by tangible throughput: delivering a minimum of three prototypes and two operational transitions per quarter. You will work in parallel with another RPA Developer to maintain continuous delivery, ensuring that solutions are robust, compliant with cybersecurity standards, and ready for immediate use in SIPRNet and AFSCI operations.
Candidates for this position must be U.S. Citizens due to federal government contract requirements and will be subject to a background investigation. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance (since 1999) or a Secret (T3) clearance at the start of employment, with the ability to work within Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
