Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America, dedicated to the mission of providing healthy hydration to consumers wherever, however, and whenever they want it. Our portfolio includes iconic billion-dollar brands like Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, alongside premium and regional leaders such as Saratoga®, Mountain Valley®, and Arrowhead®. With over 11,000 associates, we are committed to fostering a respectful culture that values quality hydration, community engagement, and the sustainability of our packaging and water sources for generations to come.
Based in Nashville, this position is vital to our direct-to-consumer and retail distribution network. You will serve as the face of Primo Brands, managing a route with an average of 50+ stops daily. The role blends logistics with relationship building: you will safely operate a commercial vehicle, manage inventory, and utilize handheld systems to process transactions. Beyond delivery, you will resolve customer issues, collect payments, and identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers and upsell current products. This is a hands-on role where your ability to build trust with customers directly impacts route growth and brand loyalty.
This role is based in Nashville with a Monday to Friday schedule. The typical start time is between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM, though the schedule remains flexible to accommodate business needs.
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with team members. The selection process evaluates qualifications, experience, and fit against our Motor Vehicle Policy and federal DOT physical requirements. Final salary offers are determined through a comprehensive evaluation of candidate qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
