About the Role

As a Route Service Delivery Driver in Knoxville, TN, you will be the face of Primo Brands for our customers. This role is designed to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our products while fostering strong, long-term relationships with a route of 50+ stops daily. You will serve as a key partner to our customers, managing inventory, resolving service issues, and identifying opportunities to grow the business through upselling and acquiring new accounts.

Your day will involve safely operating a commercial vehicle, performing diligent vehicle inspections, and utilizing handheld systems to manage transactions and customer data. Beyond logistics, you will be responsible for collecting payments, protecting company assets, and climbing stairs to deliver products. This position requires a blend of driving expertise, physical stamina, and customer service skills to uphold our commitment to quality hydration and community engagement.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and collaborate with team members. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Please note that this role requires a CDL Class B license, adherence to our Motor Vehicle Policy, and the ability to meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements.
