About the Role
As a Route Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital support pillar for Store Operations in Wichita, KS. This position leverages broad trade skills to execute service requests, ensuring that our facilities and equipment remain in peak condition. You will handle a diverse range of minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building repairs, alongside preventative maintenance tasks that keep our stores running smoothly.
Your day-to-day involves more than just fixing issues; you will also engage in project work related to store sales initiatives. A key part of your mission is to support other Maintenance Technicians within your region, fostering a collaborative environment where expertise is shared. Flexibility is essential, as you may need to adjust your schedule to meet changing store objectives, including evenings and weekends.
