We are looking for fellow spontaneous explorers to join our team to bring the spirit of the neighborhood to our guests. As a key member of our Engineering & Facilities team, you will be the guardian of our physical property, ensuring that every guest interaction and every facility operation reflects the spirit of adventure and excellence that defines our brand. You will partner with the team to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment, handling complex repairs and preventive maintenance with little to no supervision.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve responding to guest repair requests and resolving maintenance issues with a focus on exceptional service. You will perform advanced troubleshooting on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including air conditioners, refrigeration, pool heaters, and HVAC equipment. From replacing pumps and motors to unclogging drains and programming TVs, you will ensure all methods, materials, and practices meet company standards and local codes.
Beyond repairs, you will maintain a proactive approach by performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, visually inspecting machinery, and managing inventory. You will also utilize the Lockout/Tagout system for safety and leverage engineering computer programs for energy management and preventative maintenance. As a senior team member, you may be called upon to train and mentor other engineers and perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including readings and rounds.
