About the Role
Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country's food supply chain. Beyond ensuring products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, drivers serve as the face of the company, building lasting relationships with customers. This position offers the opportunity to perform essential work supporting America's food distribution system within a safe and inclusive environment that values rewards, recognition, and respect.
Drivers are guaranteed a minimum weekly pay of $1,500. Earnings based on routes and productivity that exceed this threshold will be paid at the higher amount, ensuring income stability while rewarding strong performance.
Hiring Process
Candidates must meet all state licensing and certification requirements, including a valid CDL A, Doubles Certification, and a current DOT Health Card. The selection process includes a pre-employment drug test and a road test. A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past three years is required.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePerform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
- check_circleComplete required paperwork including freight counts, invoices, and hours of service logs
