About the Role

The Room Attendant is a vital member of the Housekeeping Management Team, dedicated to ensuring total guest satisfaction through meticulous care of guest rooms, public spaces, and commercial laundry facilities. You will be the face of the "Sonesta Service" promise, interacting with guests and clients according to our G.U.E.S.T. standards.

Your day involves cleaning and servicing assigned rooms to established brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. You may also work in the commercial laundry facility, monitoring supplies, operating equipment, and handling linens. This role requires a proactive approach to guest needs, responding to complaints and special requests to ensure a seamless stay. You will collaborate closely with other shifts and management to promote teamwork and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
