The Room Attendant is a vital member of the Housekeeping Management Team, dedicated to ensuring total guest satisfaction through meticulous care of guest rooms, public spaces, and commercial laundry facilities. This role exists to uphold Sonesta's brand standards and the Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. promise in every interaction. Whether cleaning assigned rooms, managing laundry operations, or assisting with deep cleaning projects, you will be the face of our commitment to quality and safety. The position requires a collaborative spirit to coordinate with other shifts and departments, ensuring that every space is pristine and ready for our guests.
