About the Team
Progressive Roofing is one of the nation's leading commercial roofing companies. We are currently growing our team and seeking a professional to join our Dallas, TX location. Our team works with a variety of different roofing systems on commercial properties, handling a wide range of projects throughout the year.
About the Role
We are looking for a Roofing Estimator who is hands-on and eager to learn about commercial roofing, or an experienced professional open to perfecting their skillset. In this role, you will work directly with our team and clients to provide high-quality estimates. You will analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare material, fabrication, and construction labor quotes, as well as project pricing and bid abstracts. Your day will involve attending job walks to measure roof sites and note variables, consulting with subcontractors and vendors to resolve issues, and maintaining a centralized cost estimating database to ensure historical data drives our processes. You will also estimate prices on change orders and maintain positive rapport with property managers, general contractors, and manufacturer representatives.
