About the Role

The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of business. You will collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. This role is vital to our mission of keeping communities clean and safe while delivering exceptional service.

As a member of Team Green, you will operate roll-off trucks and ancillary equipment using prescribed techniques to ensure safety and eliminate mechanical failures. You will maintain route quality standards, keep vehicles clean, and communicate effectively with supervisors and mechanics to ensure smooth operations. Your professional demeanor and appearance will reflect the high standards of GFL as you interact with customers and the general public.
