About the Role

The Residential Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. You will collect solid waste or recyclables on curbside and/or backdoor routes and transport them to post-collection facilities. This role is vital to our mission of keeping communities clean and sustainable.

As a Residential Driver, you will operate rear-load, split body, Curotto, or automated-side load trucks along designated routes. Your day involves maneuvering the truck into tight spaces, operating mechanical packers to compact trash, and ensuring equipment is maintained and inspected daily. You will interact courteously with customers and the general public, answering questions and responding to requests while adhering to strict safety and environmental regulations.
