About the Role
The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of business. As a key member of Team Green, you will collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. This role is vital to our mission of keeping communities clean and sustainable.
You will operate roll-off trucks and ancillary equipment, ensuring that all safety standards and equipment checks are strictly followed. The position requires maintaining route quality standards, communicating vehicle mechanical problems immediately, and exhibiting a professional demeanor at all times while interacting with customers and the general public. You will work closely with supervisors to improve routing efficiencies and maintain accurate records of services performed.
