Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, EE, ME, or related field required; Master's degree in related technical field preferred.
Advanced degree (Master's or higher). Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing. Experience developing autonomy software for maritime, aerospace, or ground robotics systems in GPS-denied or communications-constrained environments. Experience defining requirements for robotics systems. Experience using Robot Operating System (ROS/ROS2). Knowledge of control theory and vehicle kinematics/dynamics. Knowledge of distributed systems, multi-agent coordination, or swarm autonomy concepts. Hands-on experience with containerized deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) on embedded or ruggedized platforms. Active Secret or higher DoD security clearance.
