WR Systems is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of software solutions across multiple projects. In this role, you will operate within an agile development process to deliver high-quality, functional software products that meet critical customer needs. You will work independently with minimal supervision, translating high-level customer feedback into detailed technical requirements during direct engagement meetings.
This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to modern architectural designs, particularly micro-services. The role requires a willingness to travel 10-20% to customer or project site locations as needed. Please note that this position is contingent upon funding and requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
