About the Role
This position serves as the owner of automation OEE reporting and operational performance for welding automation systems. The role is critical for maintaining equipment readiness and ensuring consistent output by bridging the gap between programming, supplier collaboration, and daily production goals.
You will be responsible for programming robotic material handling, welding systems, and Cobot units, while developing and implementing optimal weld processes. The day-to-day involves monitoring efficiency, troubleshooting equipment issues, and creating system operation guides to train operators on best methods. You will also define best-in-class processes for weld automation, fixturing, and overall processing to achieve company objectives.
Schedule
This role operates on a specific shift schedule to support production needs:
- Hours: 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
- Days: Monday through Thursday

Requirements
