Our client, an automotive automation and robotics engineering company, is seeking a Robot Engineer/Programmer to join their team within the Automation Engineering Department. In this role, you will provide critical support to Controls Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams, ensuring the seamless operation of advanced automation systems.
You will be at the forefront of production applications, programming, configuring, and troubleshooting FANUC robots while maintaining GM Global Robotics Standards (GRS). This position offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with the full automation lifecycle, from installation and commissioning to production launches. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment, applying your problem-solving skills to debug and optimize robotic performance for improved cycle times and quality.
