Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is the largest medical facility in the region, serving southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. As a full-service hospital with over 318 patient beds, we are home to the region's only Burn Center, the only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for critically ill children, a Level II Trauma Center, and one of only two Level I ICUs in Idaho. We are part of the HCA Healthcare network, a system of more than 300 affiliate facilities recognized globally for ethical standards and a commitment to charitable care.
As the nation's largest private employer of Registered Nurses, we are honored by the trust of over 100,000 nurses. Our commitment to safe, high-quality care is reflected in our achievements: more than 80% of our hospitals earn an A or B Leapfrog safety grade, we rank in the top 5% nationally for patient outcomes, and we are recognized as Magnet or Pathway to Excellence facilities.
