About the Role

The System Resource ER Registered Nurse (PRN) serves as a vital support for high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will offer feedback, guidance, and mentoring to new graduate nurses and those transitioning to a new specialty. You will support multiple units, providing education on the hospital's standard of nursing practice, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all accrediting and regulatory agency requirements.
