The Patient Line RN Triage team operates within this mission, serving as a critical first point of contact for healthcare assistance.

About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of patient care coordination, receiving and responding to consumer calls for health care assistance. Working within the nursing process and adhering to the organization's scope of practice, policies, and values, you will assess symptoms, determine acuity, and develop patient care plans.

In this fast-paced environment, you will provide professional advice, education, and options based on clinical judgment and established protocols. Your role involves making decisive judgments with minimal supervision, contacting emergency response services when necessary, and facilitating referrals to healthcare providers and community resources. You will also document interactions and perform follow-up calls to evaluate the effectiveness of care.
