About the Role
This position is a Night Shift Registered Nurse role located at our Tampa, Florida facility. As a member of our critical care team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care. Your day will involve conducting thorough assessments to gather data on health status, developing individualized care plans based on medical diagnoses, and administering medications and treatments with a focus on patient safety. You will continuously monitor patient responses to interventions, adjusting care strategies to achieve optimal outcomes. Additionally, you will provide essential education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
