As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients during the evening and overnight hours. Your day will involve conducting thorough assessments that evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of those in your care. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring they are regularly evaluated and revised to meet evolving patient needs.
In this role, you will administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, monitoring for adverse reactions while collaborating with medical staff and ancillary departments to optimize patient care. A significant part of your day will be spent educating patients and families about health conditions and self-care strategies, as well as providing emotional support and therapeutic communication to address their psychological needs. You will also supervise and delegate care to ensure quality and efficiency, respond promptly to code situations, and maintain accurate documentation of all care activities.
This is a full-time position located at our Orlando, Florida facility (7727 Lake Underhill Rd). The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts (7 pm to 7 am) plus every other weekend. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants with applicable experience.

Bachelor's of Nursing, 1+ years of acute care hospital setting experience, Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) certification, Neonatal Med Certification (NEONATAL MED).
