About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology department, you will serve as a professional practitioner managing and directing nursing care for patients undergoing complex procedures. This role is designed for energetic and highly motivated individuals who thrive in high-stakes environments. You will be the cornerstone of patient safety and recovery, performing comprehensive assessments, coordinating care plans, and collaborating closely with anesthesia and surgical physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day

Your day will be a dynamic blend of clinical precision and compassionate care. You will assess patients upon their arrival to the PACU, formulate individualized care plans, and document interventions with meticulous attention to detail. From administering medications and performing blood draws to assisting physicians with procedures, your expertise ensures that every patient receives timely, high-quality care. You will also serve as a resource for your colleagues, participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.
